Your feeling is real.
It is no use to tell yourself to stay feeling positive,
when what you truly feel is the opposite.
Do not try to overlook your true feeling.
Do not try to fool yourself with what others tell you what you ought to feel.
Admit your true feeling,
embrace it, and live it fully,
for negative feeling, just like positive feeling,
is part of life you cannot avoid;
each complements another in harmony, and make life complete,
just like Yin and Yang, make The Tao.
