When You were born into this world,
You gained the little, fragile body,
as well as undeveloped mind unable to memorize a thing.
Yet, as a baby, You were aware; and You witness the world revolved around You.
Then years passed by,
your body grew taller, and bigger, and stronger,
and your mind was able to memorize, to analyze, and to make plans.
Yet above that all, You were aware, of your Self, and of your world.
More years went by,
your body did no longer undergo rapid changes,
and you drowned aimlessly in the buzzing of your mind’s chatters.
Yet no matter what, You were still aware; and deep inside, You are unchanging.
You might experience sickness, or terrible accident, along your course of life.
Your body might be damaged, it could even lost some of its functions.
And so might your mind be corrupted, that it lost its perception of reality.
But deep inside, You were still aware, and You still witnessed.
And you would eventually get old.
Your body might weaken back to your first year of living.
And so might your ability to memorize, and to perceive, be taken away.
Yet deep inside, You still witnessed the moment; You were still aware.
Until death–the end of life–came upon you.
Your body decayed back to meaningless specks.
And so your mind dissolved back to nothingness.
You are bodiless, You are mindless, and thus You can no longer experience, but still;
You remain aware, and You still witness.
Eventually,
You can be reborn countless time,
Assuming countless body, countless mind,
countless fate, countless experience, countless life…
… yet The Infinite Soul, The Timeless Witness within, will remain unchanging.
That is You. That is Me too.
That is all of Us. That is Everything indivisible.
That is The One that has ever been, that ever is, and that will ever be.

* A note during my fever hours, when I felt my body was weakening, my mind was chaotic–but am aware, ever.
