25 Years

25 times has The Earth revolved around The Sun,
since the day I was reborn.
Yet, at times,
I could recall my life as a caring single parent, a father;
or as the flowing water, in the wake of primordial sea.
The Earth as we know it has existed for 4,6 billions of years;
I realize I have been around for much longer,
that no time could ever truly measure.
Today I turn 25, nothing for the age of The Universe;
yet maybe, it is on this 25th year that I can recall Eternity, Infinity.

As I am turning 25,
I blow the only lit candle.
Happy re-birth day, to me;
so begin contemplative conversation,
in silence.
