What’s the rush?
Slow down, relax yourself,
enjoy the moment.
Everything is just alright.

Great advice! I’ll hurry up and do this…lol! :)
I have had to learn this…for me it involved trusting and having faith that all is alright and there is no rush. Where are we going anyway?

Where are we going anyway? . . . we’re on our way to our deaths Shinzen ;-) Ha, ha, sorry, I know you were being tongue in cheek . . . but I couldn’t resist!
What is the human race? A race of progress? What is progress if not escapism from what ‘is’? The way the world is, everyone wants more, better, faster, more comfortable etc. and whilst ‘racing’ into a future that doesn’t exist they miss what ‘is’. Time to smell the roses . . .
. . . nice words Rizal :-)

@ Ta-Wan: Slow motion again :D
@ Shinzen: You really make this post fresher with laugh :D yes, because “alright” or “not alright” is interpretation of the mind, so I guess it’s better to see that everything is alright (and then only then we can accept what is)
@ Doug: Most individual of human race today are trapped in rat race, hahahahaha… ah, that race is nostalgic though :p

Hmmm. Maybe everything is. Not everything is alright, but that is alright! :)
