Exactly…I speak of this in my book to be released by Tuttle Publishing in June. You nailed it Razil…in my book I discuss three mind-swords that need to be trained for managing the effects of chronic pain.

Budo, or the way of the warrior, also means, ‘to sheathe the sword’…when your mind-swords are at rest the struggle ceases…also another meaning of Budo.
