When you view yourself as the only one true,
You are one big unchecked ego.
When you view things as rights and wrongs,
You are partially blind.
When you treat everything as equal,
You are Truth.
~
Rizal,
When we remove the mental borders, we are all one.Truth IS.

Hi Alexys,
Yes. Limited individual point of view is one among the borders we commonly impose on ourselves. Most people thought their point of view as Truth, while there are infinite point of views on Truth. Thanks for dropping by :)

Very motivating quote.Judging others create walls.Percieve the universe as it is …
Thanks for sharing.

All relative truths equal the absolute truth just as all possible perspectives are the One having every possible experience.
Great stuff!
-- C. Om, February 6, 2010
@ Surjit: Judging create walls between us and the Absolute too. Thanks for dropping by :)
@ C. Om: Haha, indeed, all possible perspectives are The One Itself. Nice addition, thanks :)

“When you view yourself as the only one true,”
It is possible that you are.
“When you view things as rights and wrongs,”
It is possible that you can see the difference.
“When you treat everything as equal,”
You are probably missing something.
If you wish to be completely ineffectual and safe,
then see everything as equal to everything else.
If you know, beyond any doubt, what is harmful to the whole, then say so.
Bearing in mind that, even so, you may be wrong.
-- Crow, February 8, 2010
@ Crow: Hi there :) my point here is that eventually, there is only this. Harmful or useful is just a perspective, while it has no meaning as a whole, as Unity, as Simply Be.
But of course, you may disagree with mw :) either way, thank you for sharing here. Your opinion should add up to reader’s contemplations :)

I have no doubt that the way you see things is the way things ultimately must be.
But not on this plane of existence.
Many of us try to run before we can walk, and this is why politics can go so badly wrong.
Your view can only work when all of us subscribe to it, and that is never going to happen on the physical plane.
Know the ultimate truth, if you are fortunate enough to be able to see it, but wish not for that truth to be attainable in the here and now.
Be what you are, now, in a perpetual state of conflict.
It is the conflict, itself, that prepares the way for the reality of transcendence of conflict.
There have always been monsters and demons.
Legend will tell any child that.
They exist, however, for a reason.
To show each one of us that no monster is so frightening or lethal, that one may not discover a means to deal with it.
Wisdom is never the result of safety or comfort.

Well…
I do not see things the way it ultimately must be. I see things the way it is.
The first one implies an ideal concept imposed upon what is. The second one implies no assumption–including the conditioned one like good and bad–in witnessing what is.
The Truth is not to be attained here or not here. The Truth is just is.
This is how I see things. I cannot explain more, since it is my personal experience. Yet of course, you have your own experience, too, so you can disagree about it :)

Nice to find a place where disagreement does not immediately result in outright warfare :)
I feel I may have died and gone to heaven.
Who knows…
Maybe I have.
Thank you for your thoughtful responses to my comments!

Glad to have someone appreciates the sanctuary I built :)
You’re always welcome, Crow *and thought I’d visit you sometimes too* :)
