The Candle

There is a candle everyone is taking everywhere, everytime,
which light is the only one that can illuminate Single Reality
beneath endless streams of things.

Yet rarely it is lit;
and even if it is, often it is blown off too quickly,
too easily.

Light up the candle, and keep the light on all the times.
When you wake up in the morning, keep it on;
when you walk about the day through the breeze, keep it steady;
keep it on under the brightest day,
keep it steady under the wildest storm,
and on the darkest of night;
keep it, keep it up, even after you fall asleep;
and light it up again, when you realize, it has been blown off somehow.

When you can keep the candlelight all the times,
share it;
light up the candles of others around.

Flow Like Water

The mind will tell you what a waste of time,
sitting is all about.
Do not follow; just sit.

The mind will tell you one hundred and one other things to do,
to get you money, to get you pleasure, to get you somewhere.
Do not go along; just sit.

The mind will begin to talk about one thousand and one things to you,
the memories from the past, the desire of futures, to drag you away from the moment.
Do not get dragged; just sit.

The mind will throw out innumerable weird, abstract hallunications,
in its desperate attempt to get your attention.
Do not fall for it; just sit.

Until the mind is weary,
and sits with you.

And then,
the sun rises,
the sky is cloudless.
You are vast, you are infinite,
you are empty.

You are Bliss.

They are inseparable twins;
The stronger one gets,

The only way to end the conflict,
is to take them back to the origin;
No good, no evil,
just Oneness,
just is.
